Replacements are available for defective or damaged products. To be eligible for a replacement, you must request it within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Non-Eligible Items
Items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for replacement unless they are defective.
4. Processing of Replacements
Replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address.
