International Shipping

Delivery to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items

• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team at shop@uffness.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
  
• In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at shop@uffness.com with photos of the damage.
